Last Thursday January 5, 2012, Glynn Galla of Pinoytimes together with the local volunteers; Maya Ranee Baculio, Jason Baculio, and Maan Pabilona went to Baranggay Macasandig of Cagayan de Oro City, to distribute the school supplies relief for grades 2,3 and 4 pupils of the community. As announced the kids ages 8,9 and 10 fall in line for the said relief. The operation was a joint effort and initiative of the Filipino-Calgary Community, SMAJ Batch 2000, Ms. Natasha Latter and Ms. Amy Zayas together with Pinoytimes. The event was also coordinated with the local DSWD sector, who made the relief operation smooth and efficient.

The Sendong victims would like to extend their deepest thanks to those who donated and made the effort possible.
