Message from Consul General Godofredo Ferdinand “FERDIE” Aguirre

In behalf of the Philippine Consulate for Southern Alberta, let me extend my greetings to Pinoytimes and my good friend Connie Kriaski on its 5th Anniversary.

Running a newspaper is by no means a small feat and must be undertaken by those who have  not only have a passion for writing but also the sincere desire to serve the community as an unbiased herald of events that affect our society.

Having hurdled the obstacles of such an undertaking for the last five years have only proven that Pinoytimes have satisfied these two criteria thus making it worthy of its position in our community.

Again,  I congratulate Pinoytimes on its 5th Anniversary and more power!

Godofredo Ferdinand “FERDIE” Aguirre

Consul General a.h.

For Southern Alberta
