Somewhere in the Riverbend area in SE Calgary, you will find SAIGON MAXIM RESTAURANT owned by Terry Lam. Terry has been a general manager in a Chinese restaurant for over 18 years. So one day, he conceptualized to open up his own restaurant that serves the best aunthentic vietnamese cuisine in the city. They have 100 people sitting capacity for dine in and they are fully licensed. Their restaurant has the best ambiance so far compared to other vietnamese places in Calgary. They are open 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 pm. You can also call ahead and order for delivery or pick-up. You can also book the entire place for special functions and they also do catering.

For all your cravings to have one of the best meals, their most ordered dishes are the deep friend chicken and pork chop. Below are some reviews from their patrons that we found on google.

- We order on a monthly basis, great food, tasty and large portions. Never thought of doing review until they messed up, orders mixed or something, its all good, we are human, mistakes happen. They sent out the replacement within 20 minutes, this was after they closed, and told us we could keep the mess up. GREAT SERVICE. We will order again!
