AWRA Is The Grand Winner Of “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids”!

MANILA, Philippines – The ‘Breakout Childstar’ Awra Briguela was hailed first-ever grand winner of ABS-CBN’s reality show ”Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids” during the finale episode on Sunday, April 9 at the Resorts World Manila in Pasay City.

Being the last performer of the night delivered a spectacular performance as he impersonated the American rapper Nicki Minaj. He sang the popular “Super Bass.”

Briguela garnered the highest percentage of combined votes from the judges and thepublic, 95.41%, beating the show’s seven other celebrity kid performers.
The kiddie comedian won the top prizes such as P1 million, a house and lot and an Asiantour package.

Meanwhile, Elha Nympha and AC Bonifacio ranked second and third amassing 70.75% and 57.95% total votes, respectively.

“Ang ganda-ganda ng performance mo. Ngayong gabi, tinodo mo talaga. Marami naloloka sa iyo,” judge Sharon Cuneta told Awra.

“Nagpasabog ka talaga. Ang galing mo, para kang alien. Napaka-humble mo,” judge Ogie Alcasid said.

“Wala na ako masabi. Bilang bagong superstar, huwag mo kalimutan kung saan ka galing. God bless you,” judge Gary Valenciano has commented.

Aside from winning a medal and trophy, Awra will also come home to a brand new house and a lot, take a trip to Jeju Island in South Korea and bring with him a million pesos in prize money!
