To spread the seed of love by finding ways to help others everyday who are in need. To learn something new – maybe a craft or an education. To shut my mouth when I have the urge to say something bad about any person even if its true. And finally, to win the battle of the bulge.

To save lots of money and use it wisely, to be more productive and dedicated to my work most especially to my new work soon and to be as good as I was last 2010.

Grace Juliet Miguel Madamba – Calgary, AB

For 2011, I’ll be focusing on my health status, giving myself more time weighing things or situations before giving my judgment (as in don’t be quick to judge).
