“Ang Panahon ng Mahal Na Araw ay panahon ng pagtatanim sa ating mga isipan kung paano nagpakahirap ang Panginoon para sa ating kaligtasan. Kaya ating pagnilaynilayin sa ating sarili kung paano natin magagawa na tayo ay magsisi rin sa ating mga kasalanan at pagpapatawad sa ating kapwa.”

(The Season of Lent/Holy Week is a time for all of us to instill in our minds all the sacrifices and hardships that our Lord Jesus Christ bore for our salvation. Therefore, we must all think about how we can repent for our sins and forgive our fellowmen).

(This is a reminder of Jesus Christ’s sacrifices that was brought about by the sins of the world. It is imperative that people change their attitudes for the better so that in the final judgement, we have saved our souls from eternal damnation).
