Our recipient this year has been one of the popular names in not just in the Filipino community but in the multicultural community when it comes to Financial Planning. Born in Bataan, Philippines, Mr. Marlon Antonio is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Greatway Financial formerly known as Greatlife Financial. He is married to Elsa Antonio and they are blessed with 3 beautiful children.

Greatway Financial started back in January 2008 with 11 advisors and at present Mr. Marlon Antonion is the only Filipino CEO who has 1000 financial advisors all over Canada. With his achievements in his business career, Mr. Marlon Antonio’s success is an inspiration to every immigrant here in Canada. As of today, Greatway Financial has 10 branches all over Canada. Thru hard work and perseverance and his determination to succeed, he is where he is right now.

Just not too long ago, a certificate of appreciation for Mr. Marlon Antonio was presented by Hon. Deepak Obhrai, PC, MP, for promoting a better way of living by continuously supporting the Filipino Seniors Community of Calgary. Mr. Marlon Antonio has always given his time to give back to the community.

Mr. Antonio is not only focused on his business as a person but also to extend help and assistance to the Filipino community in Calgary not only in form of cash assistance but also in kind. He even allowed the Filipino community to use his office space during the high river flooding where they have extended help in giving goods to our fellow Filipinos who were victims of the flood. You can always count on Mr. Antonio when it comes to helping for a good cause. A man of few words, but a man full of conviction and determination to succeed not only in his professional but also his personal life, we would like to present the OUTSTANDING PINOY FOR BUSINESS 2015 to none other than MR.
