National Youth Commission triples consultancy fees, foreign travel expenses under Aiza Seguerra

The Commission on Audit (COA) reported that the National Youth Commission (NYC) jacked up its consultancy fees and travel expenses in 2017 under the management of former Chair Aiza Seguerra.
