About Us

ABOUT US

PINOY TIMES is an independently published community newspaper with it’s goal to preserve the Filipino culture and values together with its community.  We are for public service to the Filipino community thru the print media.  It is our goal to unite all the Filipinos in Calgary and its neighboring towns.

Our writers, photographers and contributors are all Filipino-Calgarians so in this way, we can be proud to say that we are a true community paper.  We are all amateurs and not professionals when it comes to journalism, we do not hold such degree from any university, but we are proud to say that we try our very best to live up with the expectations of our readers and will provide them with articles, news and stories that will give us added value in our day to day living.

We would like to invite your participation in our community paper by sending in your feedbacks and opinions in order to serve you better in the next issues to come.  Please email pinoytimes.pinoytimes@gmail.com
